Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return it for a refund or an exchange. If you do decide to return any item(s) itmust be returned to us in its original state within its original packaging. All returns must be sent back with a completed returnsform. Please state on this form if you would like a refund and/or exchange. We are unable to process any item(s) receivedoutside this returns window.
In the event that you wish to exchange an item we recommend you contact us prior to returning your item(s) to check we havethe alternative size / style available to avoid disappointment.
We ask that returns be sent back via a tracked service and that you retain a proof of postage receipt until you receivenotification of your refund and/or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund any costs incurred from returning an item. We willhowever refund any original postage paid.
Returns from overseas may take a little longer to reach us so please notify us by email, stating your order number and fullname.

We aim to refund any returned item(s) within 30 days once it has passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time youhave not received your refund please contact us by email or call us on 0207 659 9080 with the relevant tracking information sowe can investigate further. Please note, if items are returned to the incorrect address it may take us longer to process them, please ensure you check before sending items back to us.
